Each fall, Beta Theta Pi sponsors a Parents & Family Weekend BBQ. This event serves as a great opportunity for parents, siblings, and sweethearts of our brothers to come together in a casual environment to meet each other, enjoy a great meal, and have a little fun.

For parents of new members, this is often the first time they are able to meet their sons' fraternity brothers and discover more about the organization. They walk away with a new perspective and impressed with the chapter and its members.

One tradition of the BBQ is a game that pits brothers versus their parents. In the past, we've had entertaining games of "How Well Do You Know Your Son?" and "Family Feud." We also share videos of our events and take a tour of the Beta residence hall floor.
