Order of Omega (OOO) is a leadership honorary society whose purpose is to recognize those students who have attained a high standard of leadership in inter-Greek activities and to encourage them to continue with this and inspire others. Membership is confined to members of Greek-letter social organizations, and all members must have completed 45 credit hours and attained at least a 3.0 grade point average. Each member is carefully selected based on his/her character, scholarship, leadership, as well as service to the campus and Greek community.
Order of Omega came to John Carroll as the Upsilon Rho chapter in the fall semester of 2006. Today, membership is at approximately 45 undergraduate students. Member Education Advisor Joel Mullner and former advisors Lisa Lawrence and Megan Dzurec are honorary members. Of the undergraduates, we are proud to say that one is a brother of Beta Theta Pi:
