The John Carroll chapter of Beta Theta Pi has a nine-man executive board, led by the chapter president, elected by the general membership each fall (late November or early December). The Cabinet Committee, led by the chapter vice president, consists of men appointed by the executive board. Only initiated Betas are eligible to fill each of these positions, which come with an expectation that the duties corresponding to each role will be carried out with resposible leadership, dedication, and care.
